• Purpose: Provides nutrients and a firm growing surface for observing and working with mycelium

• Applications: Suitable for agar plate preparation, culture transfers, fungal isolation, and culture slants

• Use: Measure the powder and combine with water according to the package directions. Heat to dissolve, sterilize as directed, then dispense into sterile Petri dishes or suitable culture tubes using aseptic technique. Allow the medium to cool and solidify before use.
